Use of Digital Content
Following payment for an item of Digital Content, for as long as TDbookstore and the applicable copyright holder have rights to provide you that Digital Content, TDbookstore and/or our publishing partners gives you the non-exclusive right to download, subject to the restrictions set forth herein, copies of the applicable Digital Content to your Devices, and to view, use, and display such Digital Content on your Devices or as otherwise authorized by TDbookstore and/or our publishing partners as part of the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. If TDbookstore or the applicable copyright holder loses the rights to provide you any Digital Content, TDbookstore will cease serving such Digital Content to you and you may lose the ability to use such Digital Content. For certain Digital Content, TDbookstore may be acting as an agent of the copyright holder (and its agents) in providing such Digital Content to you under this agreement. You acknowledge that such copyright holder (and its agents) shall be the seller(s) of such Digital Content to you under the Terms of Use.
 
Registered Users
The Service is open to the public but certain portions, components, content and features of the Service (including purchases or access to eBooks) are only available to individuals who register with TDbookstore and create a user account on the Service (each, a "Registered User"). If you are a Registered User then you agree to the following:
(1) In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or 18 years or older under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself during registration for the Service, including your geographical location and billing address; and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, TDbookstore has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof);
(2) Registered Users will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to: (a) notify TDbookstore of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
 
Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, transfer, or assign your rights to the Digital Content or any portion of it to any third party except as expressly permitted by TDbookstore. Provided, however, that nothing in the Terms of Use shall prohibit any uses of Digital Content that would otherwise be permitted under the Singapore Copyright Act. In addition, you may not remove any watermarks, labels, or other proprietary notices on or in the Digital Content.  You acknowledge and agree that TDbookstore may place limits on the number of Devices and/or software applications you may use to access Digital Content and, TDbookstore may set that such limits at any time at TDbookstore’s discretion. You acknowledge and agree that TDbookstore and/or its publishing and/or distribution partners may record and store the unique device identifier numbers of your Devices in order to enforce such limits.
 
Indemnification
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and services. All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
